Acor was founded in 1972 as a patient care facility specializing in Pedorthic, Orthotic and Prosthetic care.
Today, the Cleveland, Ohio based company is a manufacturer, converter and distributor of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Neoprene, Textiles and Microfibers, serving a variety of markets worldwide. As customer needs changed Acor evolved to also become a leader in the manufacture of Custom Ankle Foot Orthotics, proudly offering the ever expanding line of AXIS AFOs.

Materials
Acor specializes in the conversion and distribution of EVA, PE, PU, Neoprene and a selection of microfibers and textiles including Microcel Puff, P-Cell, Echocel, Puff PE, NeoSponge, MultiCork, Plastazote, Rogers Poron, Volara 4E, Fabrifit, EcoTex and more, with most available in a wide variety of colors and coversions.
Our in-stock materials range from Shore A15 durometer to 65 durometer and can be customized. Acor specializes in the laminating, die cutting, slitting, skiving and PSA application of foam products.
We rely on domestic and international sourcing with the ability to supply you with product, and with the manufacturing capabilities to help with your product development, fabrication and finished product needs.
Custom Ankle Foot Orthotics
Our custom line of AXIS AFOs consist of gauntlets, balance braces, the Richie Brace, CROW walking boots, and traditional plastic AFOs; all made proudly in the USA.
